We are a multidisciplinary team of professionals committed to teaching English as a second language (ESL). Uceda is synonymous with tradition and quality, whose main interest is to positively transform the lives of our community through education. Our goal is to enhance your communication skills in English to meet your professional and / or personal goals.

We have a history since 1988 that not only legitimizes our mission in teaching English, but also our commitment to the immigrant community that resides in the United States.

When the Uceda family emigrated from Peru, they recognized the importance of English language learning among the Latino community and other immigrant populations.

With this premise in mind, and guided by the need to meet this educational need, Carlos A. Uceda led an entire professional team and together they began their educational legacy with the opening of Uceda’s first school in Paterson, NJ. Over time we settled in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Virginia (Washington DC Metro).

We currently have schools on the North Coast of the United States with locations in: Red Bank, Passaic, Paterson, Perth Amboy, Danbury, Norwalk, Morristown, Freehold, New Brunswick, Lakewood, Bridgeport, Falls Church, Dover, and Port Chester.

Our methodology transcends borders through our live classes with our virtual school for its acronym in English VLP (Virtual Learning Program) with more than 660 students connected online. Reaching countries such as Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Peru, Chile, Honduras and Mexico.
